Eenvoud is het streven, plannen die zich over een langere periode kunnen bewijzen.<\/p>\n<p>Zowel in het landelijke als stedelijke gebied en op alle schaalniveaus met een specifieke expertise op landgoederen, woonlandschappen, groenvisies, cultuurhistorie, klimaatadaptatie en (grootschalige) wateropgaven.<\/p>\n","image":false,"url":"","items":[{"ID":13636,"post_author":"6","post_date":"2026-09-18 08:34:40","post_date_gmt":"2026-09-18 08:34:40","post_content":"<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het nieuwe gemeentehuis van Krimpenerwaard is klaar! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op 17 september werd het gebouw feestelijk geopend. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het gemeentehuis staat aan de rand van Bergambacht, in het karakteristieke veenweidelandschap van de Krimpenerwaard. Lange, smalle kavels, sloten en weidse vergezichten bepalen hier de omgeving. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het slagenlandschap vormde het vertrekpunt voor gebouw en buitenruimte. Zo bestaat het nieuwe gemeentehuis uit drie delen die elk op een eigen \u2018slag\u2019 staan. Ook in ons landschapsontwerp blijven de historische slagenstructuur en kavelsloten behouden en worden ze waar mogelijk versterkt. De lange lijnen van de polder blijven zo ook rondom het gemeentehuis herkenbaar. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klimaatadaptatie en biodiversiteit speelden vanaf het begin een belangrijke rol. Bestaande groenstructuren zijn zoveel mogelijk behouden en vormen de overgang naar het omliggende landschap. Natuurvriendelijke verlichting helpt om nachtdieren zoals vleermuizen zo weinig mogelijk te verstoren.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ook het parkeren is onderdeel van het landschapsontwerp. De parkeerplaatsen zijn zoveel mogelijk uit het zicht gehouden en grastegels zorgen ervoor dat regenwater kan infiltreren en verharde oppervlakken minder opwarmen. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:
