In dit nieuwe woonlandschap worden <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ongeveer 400 woningen gerealiseerd \u2013 vari\u00ebrend van vrijstaande woningen tot en met appartementen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Bij de ontwikkeling van deze wijk zijn verschillende uitgangspunten gehanteerd, zoals klimaatadaptatie. We vangen water op tijdens natte periodes voor drogere periodes. Ook zijn er groene elementen gecre\u00eberd om hittestress tegen te gaan. Daarnaast is biodiversiteit een essentieel aspect, waarbij gestreefd wordt naar een prettige leefomgeving voor flora en fauna. Ten slotte is duurzaamheid een centraal principe, wat zich onder andere doorvertaalt in de woningen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De wijk is ingesloten tussen natuurlijke elementen met aan de linkerzijde van de wijk een bestaande houtwal waar de das en de uil leven en aan de rechterzijde komt een groen buurtpark met ruimte voor ontmoeten. De wijk krijgt een zonering van rustig bij de houtwal naar actief bij het buurtpark. Dit zorgt voor een gevarieerd woonlandschap. Het buurtpark wordt ingericht met de ingredi\u00ebnten van het landschap: natuurvriendelijke oevers, bloemenweides en speeltoestellen van natuurlijke materialen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het schetsontwerp is goedgekeurd door de gemeenteraad van gemeente Zutphen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0We zijn bezig met de uitwerking van het voorlopig ontwerp dat deze zomer gepresenteerd zal worden aan buurtbewoners en andere ge\u00efnteresseerden!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aan de oostzijde van Zutphen komt een nieuwe woonwijk: Leesten Schouwbroek.
