wind<\/h2>\n<p>Brabant zet alle zeilen bij om in 2050 energieneutraal te zijn. Samen met vier gemeenten heeft de provincie het initiatief genomen grootschalig windenergie te realiseren langs de A16 en de HSL. Dit past bij de maat en schaal en ook bij de technologische uitstraling van deze zone.<\/p>\n<p>De ambitie reikt echter verder dan de aanleg van een windpark. De A16 zone moet ontwikkelen tot energielandschap van de toekomst. Andere vormen van duurzame energieopwekking worden hier ontwikkeld en aan breed publiek getoond. Het windpark is een eerste stap in de ontwikkeling van een trotse energieboulevard. Een eerste stap in de ontwikkeling hiervan is een nieuw windpark dat aansluit op de structuur van de A16. Het energielandschap reikt van Hollands Diep tot Hazeldonk. Over dit hele traject dient het zich ook zo te manifesteren. Het totaalconcept voor het Energielandschap A16 is autonoom, leesbaar, herkenbaar en landschap van twee snelheden<\/h2>\n<p>De komst van windpark A16 be\u00efnvloedt de ruimtelijke kwaliteit op regionaal en op lokaal schaalniveau. Bij de afweging van het effect hiervan speelt het gekozen referentiekader een grote rol. Vandaar dat we de ruimtelijke kwaliteit beschrijven vanuit het gezichtspunt van de weggebruiker op de A16 \u00e9n vanuit gezichtspunten in het omringende landschap.<\/p>\n<p>De ruimtelijke kwaliteit voor de A16-weggebruiker speelt vooral op het schaalniveau van het gehele trac\u00e9. De weggebruiker ervaart het windpark, de samenhang van de turbines binnen het windpark en het doorsneden landschap met hoge snelheid. Een schaalniveau lager is een ruimtelijke verscheidenheid aanwezig. Denk aan zichtlijnen, waterlopen en erfgoed. Deze meer specifieke gebiedskenmerken vallen voor de weggebruiker weg, maar bieden de langzame passant veel detailinformatie en daarmee houvast voor de eigen plaatsbepaling in ruimte en
