landschappen<\/h2>\n<p>Gouda wordt in twee\u00ebn gesplitst door de Gouwe, dat tevens de grens vormt tussen het &#8216;bovenland&#8217; van de typisch Hollandse veenweidepolders met vele slootjes en koeien en de drooggemalen en sterk verstedelijkte Zuidplaspolder met haar rechtlijnige, rationele indeling. Dit kantelpunt van twee landschappen is onderdeel van de nieuwe weguitbreiding rond Gouda, de Parallelstructuur A12. Het is tevens het uitgangspunt voor de behandeling van het landschap rond deze nieuwe infrastructuur.<\/p>\n<p>Ten behoeve van de Parallelstructuur A12 zijn twee nieuwe wegen aangelegd; de Moordrechtboog en de Extra Gouwekruising. De nieuwe Moordrechtboog loopt door de Zuidplaspolder en verbindt de A20 met de A12. De Extra Gouwekruising loopt langs de A12 aan de noordzijde tussen Gouda en de nieuwe Moordrechtboog.<\/p>\n<p>BoschSlabbers heeft in opdracht van de provincie Zuid-Holland de landschapsvisie opgesteld voor de parallelstructuur A12. Vervolgens hebben BoschSlabbers en ZJA het beeldkwaliteitsplan (BKP) opgesteld. Dit geeft inzicht in de wijze waarop de landschapsvisie is vertaald in het ontwerp, de architectonische vormgeving van kunstwerken en de integraliteit van het ontwerp. In het uitwerkingstraject (tender en uitwerking) is BoschSlabbers nauw betrokken geweest bij de landschappelijke inpassing en het visie","content":"<h2>Een &#8216;vrij&#8217; trac\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>In de trac\u00e9keuze van de weg, de Moordrechtboog (MB) en Extra Gouwe Kruising (EGK), is gekozen voor een \u201cvrij\u201d trac\u00e9, met andere woorden: een autonoom trac\u00e9 dat niet de polderstructuur volgt. In de uitwerking is gekozen voor een herkenbaar wegbeeld door het cre\u00ebren van een &#8216;polderavenue&#8217;, en door een verfijning op maaiveldniveau die de eigenheid van de polder versterkt. Het beeld vanaf de weg is open en transparant. Het wegprofiel is om die reden zo ontworpen dat de geleiderail in de midden- en zijbermen grotendeels achterwege is gelaten, waardoor een ongehinderd vergezicht ontstaat voor de automobilist. De weg komt op een zo\u2019n beperkt mogelijk talud te liggen, waardoor de ligging zo veel mogelijk aansluit op het omliggende landschap.<\/p>\n<p>De bermen en talud worden ingezaaid met een bloemrijk mengsel dat aansluit op de omgeving. In de voet van het talud, langs de sloten, zijn meidoorns opgenomen. Deze heestergroepen passen de voet van de weg in en geven dekking aan verschillende diersoorten. De heesters vormen geen continue lijn door de polder, waardoor een zekere mate van transparantie gewaarborgd blijft. Hiermee wordt ook een schaalsprong vormgegeven; van de grootse schaal van de infrastructuur naar de kleine schaal van de individuele verwondering","content":"<h2>Huismus en verticaal griend<\/h2>\n<p>Met de komst van de Moordrechtboog en Extra Gouwe Kruising worden er in potentie leefgebieden doorsneden en broedgebieden verstoord. In het inpassingsplan is daar zorgvuldig mee omgegaan en compensatie geboden. We handhaven waar mogelijk bestaande boomstructuren en zetten met het plan hoog in op compensatie en uitbreiding van de leefomgeving van lokale soorten. Zo is er voor de huismus een lint van kleinschalige, dichte en vruchtdragende struwelen gemaakt. En voor de vleermuizen zijn vriendelijke voorzieningen getroffen zoals amberkleurige verlichting in tunnels en begeleidende beplanting.<br \/>\nMet de landschappelijke inpassing hebben we ook extra mogelijkheden voor de ecologie gemaakt. Zo is rond de brug over de Gouwe en bij de kruising met de A12 veel extra water gegraven. Verticale keermuren zijn hier getrapt vormgegeven en ingeplant met wilgentenen. Zo maken ze een verticale versie van een griend, het typische lokale wilgenbosje. De oevers van het water zijn hier natuurvriendelijk en zo geleidelijk mogelijk gemaakt, met veel gradi\u00ebnten, en vormgegeven als legakkers. Ze vormen een klein paradijsje voor watervogels in de oksel van de
