Wat nu nog het begin van het oostelijke buitengebied vormt, maakt binnenkort plaats voor een logische uitbreiding van de wijk Leesten-Oost en cre\u00ebert een nieuwe, vanzelfsprekende overgang tussen de stad en het omliggende landschap. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In nauwe samenwerking met bewoners tekent BoschSlabbers voor het stedenbouwkundig ontwerp en het omgevingsplan. Groen en water krijgen expliciet een hoofdrol in de ontwikkeling. Zo worden bestaande houtwallen en singels versterkt, komt er een dubbele bomenlaan langs de hoofdroute en fungeren verlaagde groenstroken als
